Users of the Services offered by Find My Parcels acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Find My Parcels application (“Find My Parcels” or “Application”) operated by Mustafa Dur (“We”, “us”).

By accessing and using Find My Parcels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the Services. We may modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time and such modification will be effective upon posting to the Application.

Privacy Policy

Subscriptions

Optional subscription "Premium Subscription" is available if you would like to track more than 3 parcels.

This subscription can only be used with a single account and it cannot be transferred.
You can use unlimited number of devices.
Current price for the premium subscription is $2.99 per year, and may vary from country to country. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew every year unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings at any time of your purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
You can track up to 50 parcels.
Your parcels are tracked via the server and it is not updated real time. However, it will eventually catch up around an hour.
Even though I will do my best to keep current tracking service of current couriers active, tracking services can be interrupted by couriers or third parties.

Your Use of the Application

Without limiting the foregoing, you are neither allowed to (a) adapt, alter, translate, embed into any other product or otherwise create derivative works of, or otherwise modify the Software ; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Software, except as permitted by applicable law. Although we are not obligated to monitor access to or use of App or your content or to review or edit any of your content or the intellectual property of other users, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating App, to ensure compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any of your content, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any of your content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects App. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Application; (iii) any content obtained from the Application; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Representations and Warranties

Your use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Updates to these Terms

At times it may be necessary for us to make changes to the Terms such as due to changes in the services we offer, Apple's policies and procedures, and/or the applicable laws of Turkey. We reserve the right to update or modify the Terms at any time without prior notice. Please review the Terms periodically. The Terms were last updated on the date indicated below. Any changes to the Terms will become effective immediately. As set forth above, your continued use of the Application after any changes or revisions to the Terms shall indicate your acceptance and agreement with such revised Terms.

Governing Law

The validity, construction, and performance of these Terms of Usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with accordance with applicable laws of Turkey.
